Parsippany Elite Roofing is a roofing company based in Parsippany, NJ, with more than 20 years of experience on homes and small commercial buildings across Morris County and the surrounding towns. We repair, inspect and replace roofs, install gutters and skylights, rebuild chimney flashing, and respond after storms.
Most of our work is on the kinds of houses that fill this area: postwar ranches and split-levels, colonials and capes, lakeside cottages that became year-round homes, and townhouse communities with shared roofs. Each of them has its own weak points, and we write each scope for the house in front of us.
Our Approach
We start every leak call in two places, on the roof and in the attic, because water travels before it drips and the ceiling stain is rarely under the real opening. Before replacement is ever discussed, we give a straight answer on whether the roof can be repaired. When a repair is the sensible choice, that is what we quote.
Our written scopes list tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and gutters as separate lines, so an owner can compare our estimate with anyone else’s item by item. Decking found damaged once the old roof is off is photographed and shown to the owner before it is replaced, at a per-sheet price written into the contract. Step, counter and chimney flashing is replaced with the roof rather than reused, and attic ventilation is checked on every replacement.
We plan for local conditions instead of discovering them on the day. Ice-dam-prone eaves get an eave membrane and a ventilation check, wooded and lakeside lots get their overhanging limbs and leaf-packed valleys called out in the estimate, and roofs under solar panels have the panel removal and reinstall built into the schedule. In townhouse and condominium communities, we confirm who holds the roof under the association’s documents before writing a price.
After a storm, tarps and temporary repairs go on the same day whenever conditions allow, with photos taken before anything is moved. We write up the damage for the owner’s own claim and meet the adjuster on site when asked. Contracts follow New Jersey’s home improvement rules, including the three-day cancellation notice, and every work day ends with the yard, driveway and gutters cleaned and a magnet sweep for nails.
